কাজের ধরনঃ

• আমরা রোগীদের তত্ত্বাবধান করতে এবং আমাদের ফ্যাসলিটির নার্সিং টিম পরিচালনা করতে কিছু যোগ্যতাসম্পন্ন স্টাফ নার্স / সিনিয়র স্টাফ নার্স অনুসন্ধান করছি।
• যোগ্যতাসম্পন্ন প্রার্থী হিসেবে নিবন্ধিত নার্স হিসেবে পূর্ণাঙ্গ অভিজ্ঞতা এবং চাপের মধ্যে কাজ পরিচালনা করতে হবে।
• পদ অনুযায়ী টিম ম্যানেজমেন্ট দক্ষতা ও সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ

• Communicating with patients their family and staff in an appropriate manner maintaining respect and dignity and a harmonious relationship with all.
• Assist patients arriving on to the ward by directing them to the correct areas and explaining the ward layout and what needs to be done.
• Assist patients through the admission process, undertaking full nursing assessment of the patient.
• Following nursing assessment, plan patient’s care with the patient.
• Ensure implementation of care to a high standard and ongoing evaluation of care.
• Safe moving and handling of patients with different mobility problems
• Assist the doctors as necessary with clinical procedures
• Administer medication to patients safely as per hospital protocol and nursing council regulations.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records
• Have good understanding of pre operation or pre investigation preparation for patients, relevant to your area of work and educate patients accordingly.
• Anticipate and be willing to assist patients carry out daily activities safely such as toileting, eating and drinking, washing, showering, shaving and dressing etc as needed.
• Carry out all patient observations and vital signs as requested to do so and record accurately
• Participate in patient health education
• Ensure verbal or written consent as per hospital policy before carrying out procedures giving full explanation beforehand.
• Act appropriately in an emergency situations, summoning help and assisting colleagues as necessary.
• Full understanding of infection control measures implementing universal precautions at all times.
• Assist with housekeeping duties as necessary such as bed cleaning, bed making and tidying the unit to ensure smooth running of the services and a safe, clean and attractive environment for the patients at all times.
• Ensure correct maintenance of instrument and equipment by proper cleaning, handling sterilizing and utilization.
• Report and record activities of patients and nursing care given – inform senior nursing staff and doctors of any problems encountered.
• Participate in and contribute to staff meetings.
• Ready to serve Covid Patient.

• Diploma in Nursing
• Skills Required: Nurse/ Paramedics
